The Gregory Manor Swim Club was established in 1973 by four families who pooled their resources and purchased a piece of property on Topfield Road, in a quiet neighborhood in the Danbury area.
The families had a 25 by 50 foot pool built on the property, and created a membership by selling bonds to cover the costs of maintaining a large pool.
Gregory Manor is a family-oriented swim club, privately owned and operated by a membership board. The membership has grown over the years and currently has 70+ bond holders.
