Hosting a Party

Members in good standing may host parties at the pool. Parties are booked through Phil Attina (gmscsocial@gmail.com), the social chair. A party may be booked any evening on Monday through Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00pm. A party contract and fee must be received to confirm and hold your reservation. A lifeguard(s) must be present at all parties and will be secured for you by the social chair.

Rain dates or cancellations are worked out with the social chair. Members hosting the party may not exclude Club members from using the pool and facilities during a party. There are no parties on Friday or Saturday, or Sunday nights. Parties may not exceed 50 individuals inclusive of members.

When hosting a party you are assuming responsibility for your guests. Members are responsible for cleaning up after their party. All furniture should be returned to its proper place, grills need to be turned off and cleaned, and if you are the last to leave please refer to the closing checklist to be sure the pool is closed for the night.

Party Fee Schedule:

Up to 25 guests = $200 party fee, 1 lifeguards required

26-35 guests = $300 party fee, 2 lifeguards required

36-50 guests = $375 party fee, 2 lifeguards required
